seven Easy Steps for Successful Membership

 

Kiwanis reaches out to children, the elderly and anyone in need, including military and disabled adults. Give all the time you can once you have been accepted. Volunteer for different types of programs. The more time you spend with Kiwanis, the more knowledge you will gain and your membership will become more valuable to the club. There are just a few steps to become an active member of the Kiwanis.

 

  1. Contact us for an invitation. Join us for lunch, fun and fellowship!

  2. Attend Kiwanis 101. Learn more about the club and organization to see if it works for you.

  3. Apply for membership and wait for your membership application to be reviewed by the club’s board of directors.

  4. Give all the time you can once you have been accepted. Volunteer for different types of programs. The more time you spend with Kiwanis, the more knowledge you will gain and your membership will become more valuable to the club.

  5. Get appointed to committees. This will help you gain expertise in particular functions of Kiwanis and will require greater participation than the average member.
