Fill out the Application Form completely. Only completed applications will be considered.
Scan all of your documents into a single PDF file.
After you have completed the scan of your Personal Essay, Transcript, Statement of Extracurricular activities (you can this form), and Letters of Recommendation into a single PDF file, then at the bottom of this application page click on “Upload File” and select your file from your computer.
Once your file is uploaded click on “Submit.” Your application will then be received for consideration.
