In 250 words or less, state why you need/want this scholarship.
Essays must include:

2. Official Transcripts
To the same PDF document you scan your personal essay into, attach a copy of your official transcripts.

3. Statement of Extracurriculars
Please state all of the extracurricular and school activities you participate in in the form provided.
Then, attach to PDF file with the other two required documents.

4. Letter of Recommendation
Please include at least one letter of recommendation from a reputable adult you personally know.
